Pink Godzilla is a mischievous but lovable creature of unknown alien origins.

Hurtling through the galaxy in an egg, Pink Godzilla exploded onto the scene with a thunderous thud, which still reverberates through the skyscrapers sprouting out of Blok-jima, the land of the bloknauts.

Before the Great Hatch, Pink Godzilla's egg was the number one tourist attraction on the planet. Tourism revenue brought prosperity to Blok-jima, which rapidly evolved into a thriving metropolis. Unfortunately, since the Great Hatch, that which created Blok-jima now threatens to destroy it.

Not that Pink Godzilla means the Bloknauts any harm. To the contrary, Pink Godzilla simply wants to play and the colorful Bloknauts look like fun. Totally unaware of his massive girth, however, fun for Pink Godzilla often translates to a Bloknaut catastrophe. A joyful bound becomes a window-shattering earthquake; an excited flap of a flipper swirls the winds into a tornado; a cannonball plunge into the ocean floods the streets with a tsunami-like splash.

Despite his propensity for destruction, Pink Godzilla is actually a peaceful creature. When not blissfully wreaking havoc on the Bloknauts or obliviously battling the Pinky G Team Ninja Suppressors, Pink Godzilla can be found doing one of three things: napping, eating or playing videogames. Although Pink Godzilla is an indiscriminate eater, he can often be spotted munching on a few delectable Fluffies while sucking down a bubble tea.

Jumpman is just a 2D character in a 3D world.

Once the most revered videogame star in Silicon Valley, Jumpman is now a washed up 8-bit videogame actor, who can often be seen auditioning for bit parts or voiceover work - pretty much anything to get by. To Jumpman, work is work and a paycheck equates to cash for videogames, Jumpman's obsession. While incessantly mashing the A button, Jumpman often stares deeply into the television allowing the BGM midi loops to penetrate his soul. Once fully enveloped in this Zen-like trance, Jumpman disintegrates the fragile bonds holding together the pixels, reconstructing only the green and blue ones to form his likeness so that he may vicariously experience what could have been. If only he hadn't lost that audition to some mustachioed plumber in overalls…

Living as a recluse amongst the Bloknauts, Jumpman has no friends. But he does have a watch, a wristwatch in the shape of his own head - Jumpman's only relic of his glory days as the king of 8-bit. Dismissed as made-in-China junk by most, Jumpman is proud to call the watch his best friend. Because in that watch lives Pixel, Jumpman's virtual pet. Pixel is both an icon of Jumpman's 8-bit glory and a symbol of the frayed threads of Jumpman's psyche.

The mysterious appearance of the alien Pink Godzilla, however, has somewhat rejuvenated Jumpman, who knows that Pink Godzilla represents an opportunity. Vanquish the mischievous Pink Godzilla from the land of the Bloknauts and Jumpman may again be revered as a hero. Normally of feeble size when compared to his pink nemesis, with enough power-ups Jumpman can grow to enormous stature. Since Jumpman was created in the 8-bit heyday of the 80's, however, when he grows his resolution does not improve causing him to appear pixilated.

Pixel's goal is to conquer the world.

Pixel has the brains, the charisma and the intestinal fortitude to accomplish this diabolical goal. One problem - Pixel lives in a cheap plastic watch shaped in the form of Jumpman's head. Yes, Pixel is a virtual pet that has been permanently strapped to Jumpman's wrist since 1984. Totally dependant upon Jumpman for virtual food, water and to clean up his pixilated poo, Pixel's delusions of grandeur seem harmless. But as Jumpman can attest, never underestimate the power of a pixel.

Pixel's malevolent ambitions are manifested through the malleable mind of Jumpman. With no one to call friend, Jumpman has become infatuated with the virtual pet that lives in his head, both figuratively and literally. Conscious of Jumpman's insecurities and vulnerabilities, Pixel has learned to manipulate Jumpman. When the cute but menacing Pixel says jump, Jumpman replies, "How high?"

Pixel's only real weakness is that Pixel is water-resistant and not waterproof. This explains Jumpman's hydrophobia, for if Pixel were ever to short circuit, Jumpman would find himself alone.

The Pinky G Team Ninja Suppressors are the brash warrior class of Bloknauts.

Each formally trained in a different style of ninjutsu, the Ninja Suppressors were originally commissioned by the Elders to protect the Bloknauts from Fluffy hoard invasions. Although small in stature and number, the Pinky G Team Ninja Suppressors employ a combination of stealth and quickness to thwart the wobbly-bobbly Fluffy hoard advances.

Since the Great Hatch, however, The Pinky G Team Ninja Suppressors face a new challenge. Ordered to quell what the Elders believe to be Pink Godzilla's appetite for destruction, the Pinky G Team Ninja Suppressors have become overwhelmed. With their ninja skills impotent against the pink mountain of blubber, the Elders have ordered the Pinky G Team Ninja Suppressors to rededicate themselves to their training. It has been rumored that the Elders and the normally egocentric Pinky G Team Ninja Suppressors are secretly experimenting with a new ninjutsu style, a combination of each individual Ninja Suppressors unique combat style seamlessly melded together to unleash chakra of an unparalleled magnitude.

The Elders are comprised of former Ninja Suppressors who have redirected their lives away from war...

...and towards altruistic purposes such as government. Don't be fooled by their fragile appearance; if provoked and left without a diplomatic alternative, an Elder can rip a Fluffy's head off by its drawstrings.

After 247 years of dedicated service, a worthy Bloknaut may graduate from the ranks of Ninja Suppressor to Elder. Prior to attaining Elder status, however, a potential Elder must adopt an apprentice to personally train to become their replacement as one of the three Pinky G Team Ninja Suppressors. Once a potential Elder deems his apprentice ready, the apprentice is subjected to the seven gauntlets of Hama (the mythological first Elder). If the apprentice merely survives, then he becomes a Ninja Suppressor and his master becomes an Elder. If the apprentice proves inept, then the potential Elder renews his search for more gauntlet fodder…er…another apprentice, and the process repeats.

The Guardians are the humanoid beings who rein over the islands of planet Jima-jima.

Sena is the guardian of the Ookaboos, glowing translucent creatures of purity that uncontrollably inflate when frightened. The beautiful Sena is virtuous but her voracious curiosity borders oblivious gullibility that can get her into trouble when she wanders off her island to explore Blok-jima.

Kya is the guardian of the Bloknauts, colorful geometrically shaped creatures who have unfortunately become Pink Godzilla's favorite play pals. After Blok-jima is tucked into the blanket of darkness, Kya can frequently be heard strumming melancholy tunes of indifference on her shamisen.

Sarken is the guardian of the chaotic Fluffies, diabolical bunny-like creatures who have infested the cavernous bowels of Aku-jima. Acclimated to the extreme temperatures of their molten environment, prior to each assault Fluffies must don puffy insulated jumpsuits to protect themselves from what they perceive to be the frigid temperatures of Blok-jima. Although perfectly engineered for maximum protection, the puffy jumpsuits severely constrict the Fluffies' movement resulting in a penguinish waddle when they march. A jumpsuited Fluffy's marshmallowy appearance makes a Fluffy an irresistible treat for Pink Godzilla.
