Let's face it, while a few good games have been realeased for the Wii and even fewer for the PS3, exciting new release announcements have been few and far between. And no, the requisite sequels like Smash, Mario Kart, GTA IV and Guitar Hero III don't count. Both consoles have been on the market for over a year now, so it's about damn time that we get games like this.......
First up is Mad World for the Nintendo Wii. From the creators of Killer 7 comes one of the first few original properties for the Wii. No need to adjust your monitor. Yes, the entire game is in black and white except for the blood splatters. How freekin' awesome is that. Expect to see Mad World sometime in 2009.
And for the PS3, Sega announces a new title that is sure to get both Anime and import gaming excited. Forget Gran Turismo, for the first time since 2003 a new Initial D game is set for release on the PS3. On May 29, 2008 Initial D Extreme Stage will be racing to an import game store near you!
