Shipping: All orders are sent via USPS Pirority or First Class shipping. Orders ship from Seattle, WA within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been received.

Returns: Please contact Pink Gorilla for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending any product(s) back. Pink Gorilla cannot accept any returns without this number. An item must be defective to be eligible for return. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and must include all manuals and accessories.

We will refund your return shipping charges based on the USPS Media Mail rate. All returns must be accompanied by the sales receipt or packing slip (emailed to you when you first made the purchase) and the RAN. After a return has been received, it will take up to 3 days to process. Refunds will be credited to your account within 24 hours after processing.

• New Items: New software can not be returned. Hardware defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can help you exchange the item in question. Pink Gorilla will use our discretion to accept and exchange any hardware whose packaging has been opened. Clothes and toys can not be returned.
• Pre-owned items: We will either exchange the item for another copy of the same item or refund your purchase. All defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving so that we can help you exchange the item in question.
